Practitioners

Dr Ruth Millman, Group LeaderCounselling Psychologist & Existential Psychotherapist, leads the Neurodiversity Service at The Blue Door. 18+ years across NHS & specialist services; blends CBT, mindfulness and relational methods within a warm, collaborative approach.

Anna Kalmar Therapeutic Coach and Certified ADHD Coach, holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Psychology, is pursuing her doctorate, and works across NHS and private settings in English, French, and Hungarian. Drawing on psychiatric, hospice, and Cystic Fibrosis experience, she offers a calm, tailored coaching approach.
