Tiffany Karatziola

Therapeutic Coach

As an Integrative Child and Adolescent Psychotherapist, I work with children, young people and families to support wellbeing, confidence and other areas where they may be experiencing difficulty.

What matters most to me is building a safe, consistent relationship grounded in acceptance, where the child or young person feels able to open up and show different parts of themselves. I use play, the arts and an open curiosity to help children and adolescents express inner feelings, and together we think about how this connects to their wider life. My approach is tailored to each individual, and I have experience working across a range of ages and cultural backgrounds, as well as with diverse educational needs and physical and mental health conditions.

I have over fifteen years’ experience working with children and young people across the charity and education sectors. I previously ran a trauma-informed therapeutic programme for children and families affected by migration, and since then have worked with families affected by trauma in various settings across London.
