I'm Portia, Head of Operations at The Blue Door Practice. I joined as Project Manager in 2024 and now lead the team that looks after the day-to-day running of the practice — from strategy and processes to partnerships, events, client queries, managing transitions, and cultivating the environment therapy requires.

Before Blue Door I spent twelve years in commercial film production, working as a producer and production manager on projects for major UK and international brands.
