How it works

A small group of up to ten adults — mixed ages and genders — meets weekly with an experienced psychotherapist who leads each session. Over 90 minutes, you’re invited to share whatever thoughts, feelings, and observations are most alive in you right then. In a confidential, respectful setting, the leader helps everyone express themselves well and respond well to others.

What you’ll gain

Members typically find their capacity for satisfying conversation, emotional depth, and real intimacy opens up fast: first in the group, then in life outside it. Expect laughter and tears, and friendships built on candour and genuine sensitivity.

Who it’s for

Anyone who wants to know themselves better and connect more honestly. Because the group is small and chosen with care, every place is filled by application and interview, so you’ll be joining people who are as committed to this as you are.
